What is WufWuf?
WufWuf is a monthly subscription box containing quality toys, treats, chews, and other goodies for your dog - delivered straight to your doorstep for only 14€ + VAT per month.
Every box is THEMED to keep things exciting! Toys are tested on a wide range of dog breeds to make sure even extreme chewers are challenged. There will always be a minimum of 4 items + surprise items in your WufWuf delivery - valued at over €48.
It’s truly the easiest and most FUN way to show your dog some love.

How do I join?
Just click here to fill out the subscription form, where you’ll be asked to give info about your dog, whether he or she has allergies we should be aware of, your home address and payment information - and that’s it! Just try to keep your cool as you realize your box of BLISS is on its way ;)

Will I always know what’s coming in my delivery?
Nope! We’ll only tell you what’s in your first box. We keep all following boxes a mystery so it’s just as exciting for you as it is for your dog (well, almost)! Trust us, it’s WAY more fun that way ;) BUT you can count on receiving:

I have already signed up for my “First Time Box”. Will I get another box for this month ?
Generally, the subscription gives you one box a month. Your first surprise box will arrive one month after your first time box has arrived. This could be change which day of month you subscribe.
How much will WufWuf cost?

Can I substitute anything in the box?
We would love to customize your box according to your dog’s needs. Let us know which products and toys that will work best for you.
Do you consider the size of my dog when selecting toys/treats?
Absolutely! We want to make sure you get the most out of your WufWuf box. We ask you all the necessary questions in our subscription form so we can tailor your order to your dog. Small, medium, and large dogs all get goodies that are just their size.
You can also update your information, like your shipping address and your dog’s size, allergies, preferences etc.
I have 2 dogs, do I need to subscribe twice?
Yes, at the moment we do not have a subscription box for two dogs, so you will need to subscribe twice.
Are your boxes suitable for older dogs ?
Yes, our boxes are for dogs of all ages. We are happy to customise your box. Remember to write your dog’s preferences in the dog detail section when signed up.
Do we have an option like replacing treats with toys?
Sure, we can do that. Our customer service team is happy to discuss the details with you.
Is it possible to get a mixed box for my different sized dogs?
Feel free to reach out to us to discuss our options.
What if I want to buy the subscription as a gift for someone?
You should write that person’s address in the shipping address field and for the billing address field, you should write your own address. Then we will send your gift. If you would like to add a special note to your gift, type this in the dog detail section.
Is it possible just to get a single box without subscribing?
No, our boxes are subscription based but you can cancel any time.
How do I cancel? Can I cancel anytime?
Of course! Cancelling is just as easy as subscribing. Simply email us at [email protected] to request that we cancel your subscription. Once it is cancelled, you will not be charged again. Billing takes place on the 7th of every month, so be sure to cancel before the 7th to avoid being charged an extra month.
Can I activate my cancelled subscription at any time?
Yes, you reactivate your subscription at any time. Just reach out to us and we will activate it for you.
Is it possible to pause a subscription rather than cancel?
Absolutely. Our customer service team is happy to help you with this.
Which payment methods can I use?
We accept debit, credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay at the moment.
Will I pay on a monthly basis ?
Yes, payments are taken monthly.
When will I be billed, and when do I receive my box each month?
You will be billed for your first box as soon as you subscribe, and it will be mailed out to you the next business day. It typically takes 2-3 business days for your WufWuf box to arrive. Warning: waiting for your WufWuf box may feel like the longest days of your LIFE!
After that, your monthly payments will be on the 7th of every month (for as long as you’re subscribed), and your WufWuf box will ship out no later than the 15th of every month.
Will WufWuf compensate me if I get so excited for my delivery I forget to grab my bills from the mailbox?
WufWuf is not responsible for less exciting mail items being forgotten when your WufWuf box is delivered. We recommend setting a reminder on your phone - or writing yourself a sticky note!
What sort of treats will come in my WufWuf box?
We carefully choose the best treats for your dog.
If your dog has sensitivities to specific foods, simply list them in our subscription form on the “Tell us about your dog” page and we’ll be sure to leave out any treats containing those foods! In this section you can also specify that your dog is still a puppy and will require puppy-safe treats.
What if my dog wants nothing to do with one of the toys in a WufWuf box?
You can tell us - we promise we won’t be offended! Send us an email at [email protected] letting us know one of your WufWuf toys went untouched and we'll send a replacement with your next month’s box - for FREE.
Do you have a store to buy items separately ?
No, our items are only sold with our subscription boxes.
Are there any codes I can use for new customer discount?
We will have campaigns from time to time that offer discounts on first-time subscriptions. Look out for them on our social platforms like Facebook and Instagram.
Can I get a sample box before I start my subscription?
We are not able to send sample boxes.
What should I do when my dog doesn’t like the things in the box?
We do have alternatives for fussy dogs. You can write this in the dog details when signed up. For now, we can send you a replacement and we will update your preferences for you and customise your box thereafter.
Is it possible to order a second box in the same month?
Yes. To do this, you can create a new account for a second box. Our customer service team will be happy to assist you further.
Do you have monthly dog care?
No, we don’t.

Can you change my payment date?
Not at the moment. Payments will be taken on the 7th of every month.
I just checked my account and the money wasn’t taken out! Is there any way to take payment and send the box out?
You might have a card limit or your card could be closed for online shopping? Have you checked the expiration date? Reach out to us and we can try and take your payment manually. If that’s not working, you should contact your bank.
I placed my order today. When will I get my parcel?
It usually takes 2-7 business days to receive your parcel in EU depending on your location.
How can I change my shipping address?
Log in with your subscription email and password on wufwufbox.com. Go to “Shipping” section, choose “Edit”. Enter your new shipping address in the appropriate fields. Click the “Save” button. Or simply just reach out to us and we will change it for you.
Do I have an option to delay my delivery to a certain date?
If your parcel hasn't been dispatched yet, we can delay it.
Do I have to pay for Customs charges?
Wufwuf LTD is an IOSS registered company and we are sending our boxes from the UK with an IOSS number.
With this number, Wufwuf LTD is already paying for all the customs charges so as the customer you are only paying for the product’s tax.
How can I change the information about my dog?
Log in with your subscription email and password on wufwufbox.com. Come to the “Dog Details'' section, choose “Edit”. Enter the updated info of your dog in the dog details section. Click “Save” button. Or simply just reach us to change it for you.
Do I need to renew my subscription or does it automatically continue until I cancel?
You don’t have to renew it. Our system automatically renews your subscription for you until you choose to cancel.
Will I get the box that I saw on ads?
The box that you see on ads is our “First Time Box” and that is the first one you will receive. After that, our boxes will always be a surprise.
Can I pause my subscription box and restart next month?
It is possible to pause a subscription. Our customer service team will be happy to help you with it.
How can I change my subscription email?
We can change it for you. Contact us and our customer service team will be happy to help.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Sure, we have no special conditions or restrictions that prevent you from canceling.

If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we are able to make changes.
What if we want to buy stuff in the boxes separately?

Is it possible to get two boxes on the same subscription?
Not at the moment. You will have to create two individual accounts with two different e-mail addresses to get two boxes.
Can I add one more box for only this month to a different address?
Yes, you can. We will charge you for an additional box, to discuss the details reach out to us.
What should I do if my box arrives damaged?
We are sorry to hear that. Our operations team is happy to sort out a new box for you.
What if there is a missing item in my box?
Inform us and we will send you the missing item in your next box.
What if my dog destroys toys quickly?
We send toys for your dogs to have fun with, and keep your furniture safe. Also, we think that toys are meant to be chewed, this is why we send new toys every month.
